She stayed over the night in the guest bedroom and the next morning she had a flight back to San Francisco. Annabeth and Percy drove down to the airport the next morning. They walked down to the security gates. "Here," she handed him her Yankees cap.
"Why are you giving me this?"
"So you can come to the gate with me. Put it on." She grabbed his hand and he put the hat on, turning him invisible. They went through security, and walked to an empty waiting area. Percy took the cap off, becoming visible again. They walked around looking through the gift shops, hand in hand.
"No way…Jackson?" Someone behind them said.
Percy recognized the voice and Annabeth also.
"Sloan." Percy said trying to sound happy to see him.
"That's the chick that punched me in the nose." He glared at Annabeth.
"Which you deserved," She had a huge smile on her face, remembering when she knocked him out.
"You need to leash her up Jackson."
Annabeth clenched her fist.
"Ouch" Percy said.
"Sorry," she loosens her grip.
"You need to back off Sloan."
"Ha, you haven't changed much, you're still a loser." He walked away laughing.
"He didn't change much he's still his idiot self." Percy said.
"Yeah, but don't worry about him maybe he'll never be as nice as you." She said with a smile on her face.
"Yeah," The flight to San Francisco was now boarding. "I'll come visit you sometime."
"I'll do the same, bye Seaweed Brain." She gave him a kiss and boards the plane.

Next year at camp

Annabeth was talking to Rachel before breakfast. Rachel stopped abruptly and her eyes widened, turning into a sickly shade of green and she opened her mouth, a green mist spewed out. "Will you accept thy quest?" Rachel said. Since she was the oracle these things happen.
"I accept the quest." Annabeth said, swallowing her fear of seeing what's going to happen next.

You will seek four from above
To the place where the gods call home
Lose a person you love
The goddesses unwillingly took the bone

The mist was sucked back into Rachel's mouth, and she was back to normal. "Ok, what did I say this time?" She asked.
Annabeth repeated the prophecy, and they thought of what she said. "I guess I'll find out and see what will happen." Annabeth said, and she walked towards Percy's cabin. She knocked on the door and waited. Percy opened the door, he was in his boxers and had a towel draped off his shoulders. Her face went bright red and so did his, he wrapped the towel around his waist and said.
"Um…uh, come on in." He said a little embarrassed. He opened his cabinet and pulled out a pair of jeans. He dropped the towel and put them on. She couldn't help her self but stare; he formed a perfect six pack since she first saw him shirtless. "What?" he asked searching for an undershirt.
She came to her senses and she looked away embarrassed, "Nothing, hey listen. I have a quest."
He put his orange Camp Half Blood shirt on over his undershirt and said. "You did? What is it?"
She told him the prophecy and asked, "Will you come with me." She knew the risk, knowing the line of the prophecy that says, Lose a person you love.
"Yeah, wouldn't miss it." A tear ran down her face, he pulled her face up to his. He wiped the tear and kissed her. "Nothing bad will happen, I promise." More tears ran down her face, he wrapped his arm around her and pulled her closer for a hug. "Let's not worry about this. We should get ready and leave then." He said, and grabbed his backpack and put a canteen of nectar, a bag of ambrosia, and put an extra pair of clothes. He put his pen in his pocket and his special shield watch on his wrist. She just sat there staring at him; she was second guessing on if he should come.
"I don't think I can do this." She said, holding back more tears.
"What do you mean?" He asked sitting back down next to her.
"You heard the prophecy, Lose a person you love. I have a strong feeling that it's you."
"If it is…I will still be around after and loving you. Come on, you should get ready." They knew the risks, but they still went on the quest.  They needed another companion so they asked Grover to come. Annabeth thought of their destination to be Olympus, so they got a ride from Argus to the Empire State Building. The three of them stood at the base of the building, and stared at the building. "Ready you guys?" Percy asked.
"Not really…Let's go." Grover said, and the three of them walked towards the front desk. The security guard was reading his book, his feet propped up on the desk.
"We need to the key for the 600th floor." Annabeth said.
"Do you have an appointment?" He said, turning a page.
"Yes we do."
He looked up with a confused look on his face, "do you now? Whatever." He gave them the keys and continued with his book. They walked in the elevator and slipped the key in the slot and pushed the button of the 600th floor. They waited for their floor; Annabeth grabbed Percy's hand, and pulled him in for a hug. She held on tight of him, "Everything's going to be alright, Annabeth. I promise." He said and they reached their floor.
The stood their looking at Olympus in amazement. "Wow, I liked what you've done to the place." Grover said. She designed the new Olympus and just finished the last details. And together they walked towards the throne room. In full size sitting in their thrones were the male gods. You could feel the tension in the room, and by that you knew something was wrong. In the corner of the room there were five kids sitting on a pedestal of a statue of Zeus. They bowed down to the gods and Annabeth said, "We are here of our quest."
"You are to have these five to come with you to camp." Zeus said, "But before you go. We are in need of your assistance."
"Yes Lord Zeus."
"Hera, Athena, Aphrodite, and Demeter have been captured…" He looked worried and continued. "We know the location of them but we are of unable to retrieve them, only you three can break down the barrier and we can come and assist you."
"Where are they captured?" She asked.
This time Poseidon spoke, "they're being held captive at a few surviving parts of the Labyrinth."
"Isn't it supposed to be gone, since Daeadalus died?" Percy asked.
"It's slowly disintegrating, because it's so huge it needs some time for it to fully disappear." Annabeth told him.
"Ok, then this will be easy."
"Think again son, if we are unable to get across the barrier, it would be difficult to what we are facing." Poseidon said, he grabbed his trident and shrunk down to Percy's level, and so did the other gods. They whistled in their chariots, at least eight people can fit in one, they were huge. Percy, Annabeth, and Grover went in Poseidon's chariot and the other five children went in Hermes'. Ares, Hephaestus and Dionysus stayed behind to watch over Olympus. They flew in the skies and shortly arrived to their destination. They were in a forest somewhere that appears to be Colorado. You know the size of those RVs; well this Daeadalus mark was about that size, just shaped in the mountain.
i wrote this and the other Percy Jackson Annabeth Chase stories before and found this website and wanted to post them. That is the reason they're so long.
